L-Type Automatic PCB Receiving Machine - SMT Production Line Unloading and Receiving Equipment


I. Product Introduction

The L-type automatic PCB receiving machine, also known as a board unloading machine or PCB receiving machine, is used at the back end of an entire SMT and DIP production line. It is available in 250S and 330S sizes to accommodate PCBs of different sizes. The machine adopts a compact L-shaped layout with alternating double material frames. It automatically receives finished boards after reflow soldering, through-hole assembly, and PCB manufacturing processes, eliminating manual board handling and preventing high-temperature burns, board scratches, and component damage from compression. This improves the automation continuity of the production line and reduces labor and scrap costs.

4. Built-in buffer push plate protection structure, buffering pushing force, preventing component collisions and sheet surface damage, reducing scrap;

5. Touch screen with built-in automatic fault diagnosis program, one-button parameter adjustment, allowing even novice operators to quickly get started.
