I. Product Introduction

The SMT vacuum pickup and receiving machine is a dedicated receiving equipment for the back end of a surface mount technology (SMT) production line. It uses a vacuum negative pressure adsorption structure to pick up bare PCB circuit boards and, in conjunction with a translation mechanism, stacks the boards in an orderly manner. The equipment is available in three body sizes to accommodate various PCB sizes. It can replace manual labor in board stacking, improving problems such as scratches on thin boards, slow manual receiving speed, and mismatches in production line processes. It is suitable for use in conjunction with automated SMT production lines.
