IV. Applicable Scenarios

SMT Placement Line: Placed after the pick-and-place machine and reflow soldering, it buffers PCB boards, balances the cycle time of each process, and solves problems such as board blockage and current interruption.

Semiconductor Manufacturing Process: Provides temporary buffering of wafer chips between photolithography, etching, and packaging processes, ensuring smooth process transitions.

Back-end Inspection Station: Equipped with SPI solder paste inspection and AOI optical inspection equipment, it receives inspection signals and automatically sorts and stores NG/OK boards, reducing manual sorting.
