This dual-rail mesh belt connection unit integrates track and belt conveying structure, supporting two conveying modes in one unit. It perfectly realizes stable transfer of flexible and ultra-thin circuit boards, and is also fully compatible with regular standard circuit boards, realizing one machine for dual applications.

Independent Dual-Rail Conveying, Free Mode Switching, No Board Blocking


First conveying rail: Adopts standard SMT aluminum profile rail structure, ideal for smooth transfer of regular circuit boards. Manual screw width adjustment, applicable board width range 50-350mm, ensuring stable running without offset.
Second conveying rail: Anti-static green mesh belt conveying structure, customized for easily deformed and thin circuit boards. Soft contact conveying avoids blockage and surface abrasion, well connected with mesh belt outlet of reflow equipment, reducing board blocking and waste loss.
Dual rails can run synchronously or separately, flexibly matching multiple working procedures including reflow processing, visual detection and buffer transfer.
