1.3 Parallel Transfer Machine, 686mm Stroke

 

This fully automatic SMT parallel transfer machine features a 686mm stroke and a chain conveyor structure, ensuring smooth and durable operation. Specifically designed for SMT placement and through-hole lines, it enables efficient reversing and horizontal movement of PCB boards.

 

Applicable PCB Specifications: Compatible with PCB widths of 50-280mm and maximum PCB lengths of 450mm. Highly versatile, it meets the production needs of various PCB types.

 

Multiple Infeed/Outfeed Modes: Supports two-in-one-out, one-in-two-out, and two-in-two-out operating modes, allowing for flexible configuration and merging of processes based on production line layout.

 

Load Capacity and Connection Performance: Single-board load capacity up to 2KG, standard conveyor height 900±50mm, perfectly matching the connection height of the entire SMT line, seamlessly connecting with upstream and downstream equipment.

 

Customized services: The whole machine supports non-standard size customization and can be adapted to various working conditions such as plug-in lines and chip placement lines. Where It Is Used

This equipment handles board movement, flipping, or buffering within automated SMT lines. It helps reduce the number of times an operator needs to touch a board, which lowers the risk of damage and keeps cycle times predictable.

Standard machines ship in 5 to 8 working days. We provide a 1-year warranty on the main unit and technical support for as long as you use the machine. Packaging is wooden cases with foam -- suitable for sea or air freight. Sample orders are welcome.
