SMT Double-Rail Connector with Dust Cover

This product is a dedicated double-rail connector for SMT production lines, featuring a sealed dust cover design to prevent dust and ash contamination from circuit boards. It is suitable for assembly line connections, offering stable operation, low noise, and high durability.

The machine comes standard with 4mm widened pulleys, ensuring smooth and stable transport. A single unit can carry up to 2KG, meeting the needs of standard PCB board transport operations.

Where It Is Used

This conveyor transfers PCBs between stations in an SMT line. It supports standard board sizes and can be arranged to fit different line layouts. The drive system is built for continuous operation with minimal maintenance.

Standard machines ship in 5 to 8 working days. We provide a 1-year warranty on the main unit and technical support for as long as you use the machine. Packaging is wooden cases with foam -- suitable for sea or air freight. Sample orders are welcome.
